Approximately Nine years ago, Mr. Vivek Sood, a seasoned international marketing professional with extensive experience in international trade, emerged as a prominent figure within the realm of social change. Hailing from a lineage deeply entrenched in the struggle for India’s freedom, Mr. Sood’s familial background includes his roots as the grandson of Principal Chhabil Das, a distinguished educator from the National College Lahore, an institution founded by the venerable Lala Lajpatrai, and renowned for having imparted knowledge to luminaries like Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Sh Sukhdev. Adding to this heritage is the legacy of his grandmother, Late Smt. Sita Devi, an ardent freedom fighter and a member of the Rajya Sabha. Mr. Sood’s parents, his father an esteemed advocate in the Panjab High Court and his mother a dedicated professor and trade union leader, further cemented his upbringing within a milieu of principled values.
